How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account settings. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > ZeroBound > Cancel Subscription.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and never store your bank login credentials. Bank connections are handled securely through Plaid, a trusted third-party provider used by thousands of financial apps.

Can I use ZeroBound without connecting my bank?

Absolutely! Bank connection is optional and only available on Premium. You can manually enter and track all your accounts on the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

All subscription payments are processed through Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through their support channels.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
